Cheesy Folded Eggs

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup mild cheddar cheese, sliced off the block
  • 1 salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 nonstick spray

    Spray a 9-10 frying pan with nonstick spray.

    Heat.

    Add butter.

    Beat the eggs.

    Slice the cheese thinly.

    Add the eggs covering bottom of pan.

    Let heat and cover.

    After a minute add water on side and recover the pan.

    Allow the steam to cook the egg top and bottom when done transfer to a plate.

    Keeping the egg whole like a tortilla.

    Add half the cheese in the center of eggs.

    Fold all four sides turn over so folded side is down add rest of cheese on top.
