  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 red pepper, chopped fine
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lb. diced, cooked ham (2 2/3 c.)
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 pkg. pie crust mix

    Saute onion and red and green pepper in butter until soft (about 5 minutes).

    Remove from heat.

    Beat eggs and milk in large bowl until blended.

    Add onion-pepper mixture, ham, corn, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; combine thoroughly.

    Preheat oven to 350°.
