  • 2 lb. thawed hash browns
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 small can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes

    Mix first 8 ingredients together. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cheese and corn flakes. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
