- 2/3 c. Velveeta cheese
- 3 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. half and half
- 2 1/2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
Directions

1Put all ingredients, except potatoes, in blender.

2Blend until smooth.

3Place potatoes in 12 x 15-inch casserole.

4Break up and smooth evenly.

5Pour cheese mixture over potatoes.

6Do not stir.

7Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
