  • 1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 16 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • potato chips or corn flakes, crushed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except chips or corn flakes very well and spread evenly into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with crushed chips or corn flakes.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour or 45 minutes if using a glass pan. You can make this a day before if you add the chips right before baking.
