- 1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 16 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- potato chips or corn flakes, crushed
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except chips or corn flakes very well and spread evenly into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with crushed chips or corn flakes.

2Bake at 375° for 1 hour or 45 minutes if using a glass pan. You can make this a day before if you add the chips right before baking.
