  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 2-1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 2 tsp. garam masala
  • 2 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. cumin seed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed

    Microwave milk in small microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 45 sec.

    or until milk is warmed.

    Stir in honey and yeast.

    Place in warm place; let stand 15 min.

    Meanwhile, combine flour, salt and 1-3/4 cups cheese in large bowl.

    seasoning mixture; mix remaining with flour mixture until well blended.

    Add yeast mixture, butter and 2 eggs; knead gently 5 min.

    Divide dough into 12 pieces; roll each into smooth ball.

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat remaining egg; brush onto dough.
