  • 10lb Yukon Gold potatos
  • 500 g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 500 ml sour cream
  • garlic salt
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

    Boil potatos and mash well.

    Add cream cheese to hot potatos, let sit to melt cream cheese and mash well.

    Add sour cream and mash well.

    Add garlic salt, sea salt, pepper to taste and mash well.

    Spoon into oven-safe casserole dishes.

    Sprinkle paprika and cover.
