Cheesy Onion Beer Bread

  • 3 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thin
  • 12 ounces, fluid Beer (any Variety)
  • 1/4 cups Butter, Melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 F.

    In a large mixing bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cheese and green onions. Using as few strokes as possible, mix in the beer until the batter is moistened.

    Pour the batter into a greased standard size loaf pan. Drizzle melted butter over the top.

    Bake in a 375 F oven for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes before removing the loaf from pan. Enjoy!
