- 4 eggs (at room temperature)
- 4 1/2 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 c. pecans
Directions

1Cream very thoroughly the cream cheese, sugar and salt.

2Add 1 egg; mix very well.

3Spread this mixture in bottom of 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

4Sprinkle 1 cup pecans on top of this mixture. Beat 3 eggs and syrup while stirring.

5Spoon gently on top of nuts and bake.
