Mandarin Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. ReaLemon lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 green pepper, sliced
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides.

2Remove from skillet.

3In the skillet, add remaining ingredients, except orange segments and green pepper.

4Cook and stir until slightly thickened.

5Add chops; cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender.

6Add orange segments and green pepper.

7Simmer a few minutes until thoroughly heated.

8Serves 4.
