Mandarin Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. ReaLemon lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1 green pepper, sliced

Directions

    In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides.

    Remove from skillet.

    In the skillet, add remaining ingredients, except orange segments and green pepper.

    Cook and stir until slightly thickened.

    Add chops; cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender.

    Add orange segments and green pepper.

    Simmer a few minutes until thoroughly heated.
