- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 c.)
Directions

1Saute onions and butter in skillet.

2Stir in soup, milk and pepper.

3Heat to boiling.

4Add potatoes and reduce heat to low. If too thick, use more milk until desired thickness.

5For cheesier flavor, add 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

6This recipe can be doubled.
