- 8 to 10 red potatoes, boiled in skins
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/8 tsp. onion salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 to 4 slices bread, cubed
- parsley
- paprika
Directions

1Cook potatoes and cube with skins on.

2Cube cheese and sprinkle on top.

3Add onion, pimento and bread cubes.

4Melt oleo and stir in onion and garlic salt.

5Pour this over potato mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.

6Bake at 350° until potatoes are warm and cheese melts.
