  • 8 to 10 red potatoes, boiled in skins
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1/8 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 to 4 slices bread, cubed
  • parsley
  • paprika

Directions

    Cook potatoes and cube with skins on.

    Cube cheese and sprinkle on top.

    Add onion, pimento and bread cubes.

    Melt oleo and stir in onion and garlic salt.

    Pour this over potato mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.

    Bake at 350° until potatoes are warm and cheese melts.
