  • 1 large pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Put in a glass casserole dish. Dab top with butter, then sprinkle top with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
