- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ounces prosciutto di Parma, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces gouda cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Directions

1Preheat panini grill to high.

2Brush one side of each bread slice with oil.

3Place two slices on a work surface, oiled side down, and evenly layered with prosciutto, Gouda, and mozzarella.

4Cover with top halves, oiled side up, and press gently to pack.

5Place sandwiches in grill, close the top plate and cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.

6Serve immediately.
