  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1 c. shredded American cheese
  • 1 c. Pet evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. instant rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 c. pimento
  • paprika

Directions

    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine water, bouillon cube and cheese.

    Stir until cheese is partially melted.

    Add milk, soup, rice and pimentos; mix well.

    Garnish with paprika when it comes out of the oven.
