- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 12 cup milk
- 13 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash parsley
- 1 dash paprika
- Pam cooking spray
- 14 cup cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions

1Beat three large eggs until smooth.

2Add milk and salt, parsley and paprika.

3Wisk until well mixed.

4Heat a frying pan, coated with Pam to medium heat.

5Pour in eggs.

6Sprinkle cheese through-out.

7Cook for about 2 minutes--until bottom is cooked(though cooking time may vary).

8Scramble in pan by moving egg around.

9WHen egg is fully cooked, pat down to cover pan.

10Allow to brown on bottom then flip and repeat on other side.

11I then top off hot egg with a few more sprinkles of cheese.
