Cheesy Stuffed Potato Skins

  • 5 baking potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons milk, heated
  • 23 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup scallion
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

    Heat grill.

    Wrap each potato in foil.

    Grill for 45 minutes or until tender.

    Quarter potatoes lengthwise, remove pulp leaving a 1/2 border.

    In a bowl, blend potato pulp, milk and 1/2 the cheese and pipe it into the skins and top with the remaining cheese.

    Grill skins for 2 minutes, or until heated.

    Top with remaining ingredients.
