- 5 baking potatoes
- 3 tablespoons milk, heated
- 23 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 cup sour cream
- 12 cup scallion
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Heat grill.

2Wrap each potato in foil.

3Grill for 45 minutes or until tender.

4Quarter potatoes lengthwise, remove pulp leaving a 1/2 border.

5In a bowl, blend potato pulp, milk and 1/2 the cheese and pipe it into the skins and top with the remaining cheese.

6Grill skins for 2 minutes, or until heated.

7Top with remaining ingredients.
