Ingredients
- 12 lb fettuccine or 12 lb linguine
- 2 medium zucchini, cut in narrow strips
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend, italian blend (such as Kraft 4-cheese Italiano or Sargento 6-cheese Italian)
- 4 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 12 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
Directions

1Cook pasta, adding zucchini during last 2 minutes of cooking.

2Drain and return to saucepan.

3Add tomatoes, garlic, parsley and basil to pasta.

4Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and mix until melted.

5Garnish with remaining cheese.

6Serve immediately.
