Ingredients

  • 12 lb fettuccine or 12 lb linguine
  • 2 medium zucchini, cut in narrow strips
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend, italian blend (such as Kraft 4-cheese Italiano or Sargento 6-cheese Italian)
  • 4 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 12 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 12 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

    Cook pasta, adding zucchini during last 2 minutes of cooking.

    Drain and return to saucepan.

    Add tomatoes, garlic, parsley and basil to pasta.

    Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and mix until melted.

    Garnish with remaining cheese.

    Serve immediately.
