  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds

Directions

    In large bowl, mix peeled, sliced potatoes and margarine. Spread half of the potatoes in a baking dish.

    Cover with 1/2 cheese.

    Add more potatoes.

    Top with remaining cheese.

    Cover with foil and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.

    Remove foil.

    Sprinkle with almonds.

    Bake 15 minutes more until potatoes are tender.
