  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded medium aged Brick cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg white, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed

    In a medium bowl, mix flour, butter and cream cheese until well blended.
