- 2 lb. container of Velveeta
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 to 1 bottle of horseradish
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
Directions

1Melt Velveeta. Cube one lb. at a time and microwave on 7 for about 2 minutes.

2Then transfer to oven to stay warm and cube and microwave the other pound. Meanwhile, fry and crumb the bacon. Mix cheese and bacon with the mayonnaise, horseradish and cayenne. Pour into crocks or plastic storage containers.

3Will last up to 2 months.
