Cheesy Vegetable Macaroni

- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 3 1/2 c. Prego extra chunky mushroom and diced onion spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 c. cooked corkscrew macaroni (3 1/2 c. dry)
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook zucchini with garlic until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Stir in spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese.

2Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Toss with hot macaroni.

4Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

5Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
