- 1 pkg. frozen vegetables (California Blend is best)
- Velveeta cheese slices
- 3/4 stack Ritz or similar crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick oleo, melted
Directions

1Boil vegetables until just tender; drain well and put in shallow casserole dish (approximately 8 x 8-inch).

2Salt and pepper vegetables.

3Place slices of Velveeta cheese to cover top of all vegetables.

4Make crumb topping of oleo and crackers. Sprinkle over top.

5Bake at 350° until cheese melts, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

6This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until mealtime.
