  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tbsp. sherry (optional)
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • Fish fillets (about 6 nice size halves)
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 green pepper
