Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 head romaine
- 1 c. julienne strips, cooked meat (beef, ham, turkey and chicken)
- 1 c. julienne strip cheese
- 1/4 c. scallions
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 can anchovy fillets, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. French dressing
- ripe olives
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tomatoes, wedged
Directions

1In large bowl, tear lettuce and romaine into bite-sizes.

2Save a few strips of meat and cheese.

3Toss rest of meat and cheese, onions, celery and anchovies with lettuce.

4Blend mayonnaise and French dressing.

5Pour over salad and toss.

6Garnish with reserved meat and cheese strips, olives, egg slices and tomato wedges. Makes approximately 4 servings.
