Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. cooked rice or noodles
  • 2 to 3 slices cheese, cut in 1/2-inch squares

    Brown meat in oil.

    Add onion.

    Stir in all ingredients, except cheese.
