- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar.

2Add softened cream cheese and beat until smooth.

3Add lemon juice and vanilla.

4Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of paper lined muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full of cream cheese mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

6They will look pale and sunken after cooling.

7When cool, remove paper liners.

8Top with a spoonful of pie filling.
