  • 1 box white cake mix (pudding recipe)
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, minced by hand or Cuisinart,
  • and drained of juice.
  • ( reserve the juice)
  • Frosting:
  • 1 pkg. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
  • 1/2 maraschino cherries, minced and drained as above.
  • Red food coloring, dash.
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk
