Ingredients: Cake:; 1 box white cake mix (pudding recipe); 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, minced by hand or Cuisinart,; and drained of juice.; ( reserve the juice); Frosting:; 1 pkg. powdered sugar; 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.; 1/2 maraschino cherries, minced and drained as above.; Red food coloring, dash.; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1/4 cup milk
