- 18 vanilla wafers
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Directions

1Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner.

2Cream the cheese. Beat the eggs and blend into the creamed cheese.

3Add the remaining ingredients except the pie filling.

4Spoon the cheese mixture into the cupcake liner 3/4 full.

5Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

6Remove from cupcake tin and cool.

7Spoon filling on top when cool.
