  • 1 yellow box cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • water
  • oil
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 squeeze of lemon
  • 2 cans cherry pie filling

Directions

    Mix yellow cake mix as directed on back of box.

    Add cream cheese, 1 egg and squeeze of lemon.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until top splits open in center.

    When cake is cooled, dump cherry pie filling on top and chill.
