- 1/2 c. cherry juice
- 1 c. cherries
- 1 pkg. gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine egg yolks, sugar and cherry juice.

2Cook until of custard consistency.

3Remove from fire and add cherries. Dissolve gelatin in cold water.

4Add to custard and let get very cold.

5Beat whites of eggs until stiff, then add sugar and beat 1/2 minute.

6Add this to custard.

7Put in cold crust, heaping high.
