  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan chips
  • 2 (9-inch) prepared chocolate cake layers
  • 1/2 c. pecan halves (for garnish; optional)
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 14 maraschino cherries
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

    In medium bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.

    Slowly add powdered sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.
