- 8 oz. cooked meat or fresh steak
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, peeled and diced finely
- 2 level tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 8 oz. short crust pastry
Directions

1Mince cold meat or thinly slice steak.

2Mix all ingredients for filling and divide into 6 or 8 parts.

3Divide pastry into 6 or 8 parts.

4Roll pastry pieces to the size of a large saucer and place mixture in center of each round.

5Wet edges of the pastry half way round, join edges over the top.

6Glaze.

7Place on a greased sheet.

8Bake in a hot oven for first 10 minutes, then reduce the heat.

9Cook for another 20 minutes if raw meat is used, 10 minutes for cooked meat.
