Cherry Coffee Cake

Directions

   Mix together oil, sugar and eggs.

   Add orange juice, flour (measure after sifted), baking powder and vanilla.

   Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Put in batter.

   Cover top with cherry pie filling; cut in slightly.

   Bake for 1 hour in a 350° oven. Dust top with confectioners sugar when removed from oven.
