- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cans pitted cherries, drained (reserve juice)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. red food coloring
Directions

1Stir flour and sugar together; add eggs, evaporated milk, juice from cherries and water.

2Melt butter and add; stir in food coloring and vanilla.

3Bring mixture to a boil.

4Remove from stove and fold in cherries.

5Pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate overnight and top with whipped cream to serve.
