- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- butter for frying crepes
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- sour cream or whipped cream
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix flour, milk, salt and eggs until well mixed.

2Batter will be thin.

3Cook crepes in small amount of butter in hot pan.

4Swirl pan to make crepe thin.

5As crepes are done, put 1 to 2 tablespoons cherry pie filling in center and roll up.

6Top with sour cream or whipped cream and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
