  • 1 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Parkay butter
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • Cool Whip or ice cream (optional)

Directions

    Combine oats, flour and sugar.

    Mix in Parkay butter until mixture is crumbly.

    Place half of mixture on the bottom of a buttered pan.

    Spoon in pie filling on top of bottom mixture. Spread the remaining over the top.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly brown.

    Serve warm.
