  • 1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can prepared cherry pie filling
  • 1 (1 lb. 2 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • chopped nuts, flaked coconut or ice cream

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Spread evenly in a greased 9-inch square baking pan cherry pie filling.

    Over this, sprinkle cake mix.

    Drizzle over all margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve warm.

    If desired, sprinkle with chopped nuts, flaked coconut or top with ice cream.
