- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. saltines, crushed
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Beat eggs until frothy.

2Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.

3Add sugar and fold in saltines and nuts.

4Put in greased 7-inch pan.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown; cool.

6Then put on cherry pie filling and refrigerate overnight.

7Serve with Cool Whip.
