  • 1 large can pitted black Bing cherries
  • 2/3 c. Brandy
  • 1/3 c. Cointreau liqueur
  • ice cream

Directions

    Heat the cherries; drain. Heat the Brandy slightly and pour over the cherries. Add the Cointreau. Put a match to liquid and serve over ice cream while it burns.
