- 1 small can cherries
- 1 1/2 tsp. corn flour
- 2 tsp. raspberry jam
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- few drops cochineal
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
- vanilla ice cream
Directions

1Stone the cherries.

2Keep aside the syrup.

3To the cherry syrup, add corn flour, jam and sugar.

4Boil for a little time. Add the lemon

5juice, cochineal and the stoned cherries. Fill a bowl with the hot cherry mixture. Warm the brandy in a large spoon.

6Set it alight and pour the burning brandy over the cherries. Mix well.
