  • 1 small can cherries
  • 1 1/2 tsp. corn flour
  • 2 tsp. raspberry jam
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • few drops cochineal
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • vanilla ice cream

    Stone the cherries.

    Keep aside the syrup.

    To the cherry syrup, add corn flour, jam and sugar.

    Boil for a little time. Add the lemon
  5. 5
    juice, cochineal and the stoned cherries. Fill a bowl with the hot cherry mixture. Warm the brandy in a large spoon.

    Set it alight and pour the burning brandy over the cherries. Mix well.
