- 6 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp. lemon flavor
- 3 c. flour (use 1 c. to mix with fruit)
- 1 lb. candied cherries (add a little juice from maraschino cherries)
- 1 qt. pecans
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar; add lemon flavor, beaten egg yolks, flour, fruit and pecans.

2Last, fold in egg whites.

3Cook 2 hours at 225° in tube or loaf pans.
