  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 stick margarine

    Drain cherries.

    Set cherries aside.

    Heat juice; add 1/2 cup water.

    Add sugar to hot liquid.

    Add cornstarch, cinnamon and margarine.

    When liquid clears, add cherries.

    Pour into crust and cook at 300° for 20 to 30 minutes.
