- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
Directions

1Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well. Add flour, mixing well. Stir in lemon extract.

2Drop batter by level teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
