  • 2 Tbsp. flour

    Line pan with pastry dough.

    Blend flour with 2 tablespoons sugar.

    Cover bottom crust with mixture.

    Add fresh cherries and sprinkle remaining sugar on top.

    Cut slits in top to let out steam.
