Cherry Pineapple Dessert

  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
  • 1 (20 oz.) Wilderness cherry pie mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients together and pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix the cake mix with the 1 stick butter.

    Use fingers to crumble together real well (fine).

    Spread over pineapple, cherry mix.

    Bake 50 minutes at 325°.

    Serve with Cool Whip or a scoop of ice cream.

    Can be made the day before using.
