  • 1 can pitted Bing cherries (save juice)
  • 1 c. cherry juice, adding water to equal 1 c.
  • 1 c. sherry or Port wine
  • 1 pkg. dark cherry jello
  • 1 pkg. unflavored jello

Directions

    Bring juice and water to boil and dissolve the gelatins.

    Add cherries and sherry.
  3. 3
    Pour into a ring mold and chill.
  4. 4
    Unmold and mix equal parts of sour cream and mayonnaise and fill the center of mold.
