  • 1 c. nuts

  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 3 egg whites

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add alternately the flour and milk in which soda is dissolved. Add unbeaten egg whites one at a time, beating the mixture well. Then add apples, nuts, cherries and spices. Cook at 275° for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done.
