- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- cherry pie filling
Directions

1Whip first four items until light and fluffy.

2Put vanilla wafer in bottom of medium size cupcake liner.

3Fill liner 2/3 full.

4Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

5Cool.

6Add cherry pie filling on top.

7Refrigerate for a day before serving.
