    Beat cake mix, oleo and egg until thick.

    Spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix powdered sugar, eggs and cream cheese until smooth and spread on top of first mixture.

    Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
